1. Who we are

AIMIKA gives you access to several AI tools (text, analytics, images, video, audio) and a guide called AIM, in one place under a single subscription. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete - you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
4. Plans, energy and payment
Free and paid plans give a monthly pool of "energy" that is spent on media generations; text is included. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period and is then downgraded to Free. Prices may change with prior notice.
5. Refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMIKA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach or to comply with the law.
